This is a limited edition yarn created for Story Maker: an illustrated book of knitting, fibre & fable.
This airy 2-ply lace weight yarn is spun from a meticulously bred Rambouillet cross wool (named Norbouillet, for its birthplace, Norwood, Ontario), blended with a touch of Tussah silk for texture, drape, and shine. The semi-woolen spinning process adds loft and warmth.
It is spun locally without the use of harsh detergents or stripping chemicals, and hand-dyed in small batches.

Care:

Handwash in cool water with mild detergent.
- Press excess water out gently, then roll tightly in a towel to remove as much moisture as possible.
- Reshape and lay flat to dry.
